We call it the 5 stage process and we try to make it as fun as possible (and minimise any dull administration):

1. First, we help you create your wedding list; this can either be done in one of our showrooms or remotely on the internet. (It is not uncommon for a bride to visit our showroom on three or more occasions in pursuit of that perfect list!)

2. Then we manage the list on your behalf, taking instructions from guests who wish to purchase presents for you

3. We keep you updated on what has been selected and ordered by your guests, which may lead you, at various stages to remotely amend or add to your list

4. We order the items from our suppliers

5. We check that all the items are undamaged on arrival in our warehouse, and arrange storage or delivery to you as required, at a time that suits you
